How to edit playlists?
After clicking on the Pencil icon to the right of a playlist, in the Playlist settings, you will enter Playlist Editor.

From this menu you can change many properties of your playlists.
1 Name settings, Publish and Preview.
2 Aspect ratio, Media Fit and Audience targeting settings.
4 Switch between List and Calendar view.
Name settings, Publish and Preview
Click on the arrow near the playlist name to return to the previous menu.
Click on the Pencil icon to the right of the playlist's name to change it.
Click on Preview and Publish buttons to see how your playlist will look like or to push finalized to your screens.
Aspect ratio, Media Fit and Audience targeting settings
1. Aspect ratio
Choose your desired aspect ratio and screen orientation.
Click on Create Custom1 to create a specific aspect ratio: choose screen dimension and a Label (name) and then click Create2.
2. Media Fit
When managing media content in playlists you might notice that some images or videos in the main part do not stretch across the whole area, leaving black background parts.
This can be changed using three options for fitting media within containers: Contain, Cover and Stretch.

3. Audience targeting settings
With Audience Targeting enabled1, your playlist automatically adapts to different viewer profiles and demographic triggers.
After you enable the setting a new Advanced Settings panel will appear2, where you can choose between two content rotation modes:
- Simple: cycles through content one by one.
- Balanced: ensures each item is played equally as often.
Additionally, new demographic triggers and playback settings will appear underneath your playlists.

Playlist layout settings
By clicking on the arrow1 to the right side of the Layout: Main a new menu will open.
With it's help you can create a multi-zone layouts for screens, which allows you to split a screen into multiple zones with different content being played in each zone.

Switch between List and Calendar view
Allows you to switch between List (default view) and Calendar views (below).
Content Schedule settings
Allows you to customize when and at what time your content will be played. Click on the days of the week1 to enable/disable playing content during those days.
Click on Whole Day2 button to customize time of the days, when you want the content to be visible.
In a new window you can:
1 Switch from Weekly schedule to Specific time schedule. Weekly schedule allows you to pick days, when content will be played. Specific time schedule will make content played everyday.
2 Add specific date range to display content.
3 Use the slider or manually to set up the time for the content, select start and end time manually or click on Set to Whole Day to display the content for the entire 24 hours.
4 Set content as a priority - this makes sure that chosen content overrides any other piece of content published at the same time.
Click OK to save the settings.
3 Click Add schedule to add another row of schedules (will appear under the original one).
4Content settings
Allow you to:
1 Set up Play Quotas - to set how many times this selected media should be played.
2 Replace content - open the Media management menu to replace images and other Media in your playlist.
3 Delete content.
5 Schedule settings allow you to Edit schedule1 and to Delete2 it.
6 Duration - use the slider or set duration manually to configure how long this content will be displayed on the playlist.
7 Drag to change the position of the media.
Media management menu
Allows you to upload files into the Media library, categorize them and add Media to your Playlists.
1 Media library - a list of all previously uploaded media files.
2 Media categories: choose between Images (media), Scenes, Apps and other Playlists to be add to your playlists.
