Notifications preferences

In the Notification preferences you have access to the following notifications settings1:

Offline Device Notifications:

Get notified immediately when your devices unexpectedly go offline .

• Toggle Enable offline device notifications.
• Select the scope:
  • All Devices (In all spaces I have access to) or
  • Devices in Specific Spaces (choose your desired workspaces).

Device Issue Alerts:

Stay informed about critical device issues such as corrupted files, invalid configurations etc.:

• Enable by toggling Enable device issue alerts.
• Define your notification range:
  • All Devices (In all spaces I have access to) or
  • Devices in Specific Spaces.

New IP Login Notifications:

Enhance security by getting alerts when there's a login from a new IP address:

• Enable by toggling Enable login notifications.

Click on Save Preferences2 when you finish editing the settings.

You're now set up to stay aware and quickly address important updates and security concerns within your ScreenManager CMS.
